The film tells the heroic story of Colonel José Arturo Castellanos, a Salvadoran diplomat whose rescue efforts saved thousands of Jews during the Holocaust.

of citizenship to some thirty- thousand Jews fleeing the Third Reich.

Featuring interviews with survivors and the children of the Salvadorans who helped them.
